Aurora Season

It's my favorite time of year: autumn. Great colors, abundant fungus, the Aurora borealis, and thus a plethora of photographic opportunities.

At my blog (you can find it HERE ) I'm writing a guide that discusses several aspects of photographing the northern lights. I have the first part done for those of you that are interested.

Anyway, I'm eagerly anticipating the coming evenings. For some reason this celestial phenomenon has become a year-round obsession. Hopefully I'll have better luck photographing them this go around.
